This is driving me nuts

I need new strings tonight. I am trying to find nickle strings that are tight. DR doesn't post their friggen tension ratings so I can't figure out what the eff I need.
edit
Reason for this is because i play so aggressive that my e string warbles a lot and also trying to drop my action a bit more.

I've got it narrowed down to these

Sunbeams - Supposedly, they have low tension for your average string. If this is the case then I'm def not getting them.

Lo-beams - Supposedly similar to Sunbeams but with higher tension? Maybe similar to the feel off Half wounds?

I'm trying to get a tension somewhere around 44-46lbs on the E string. Are either of these close do you think? Would you say the lo-riders have more tension than the average string? I'd say the average tension for an E string is in the mid 30's. If I can't figure this out then I'm gonna have to say to hell with DR and get these.

But I'd rather not step up my gauging.

Please help and thanks.

Roughly put, at a given tuning and scale length it takes a certain amount of mass to get a given tension. If you want 44-46 pounds tension on the E, you need around a 110 in any brand of roundwound. The D'Addario tension chart will get you in the ballpark for any brand of similar construction, but you may need to go .005 higher or lower with some, trial and error. That's just the way it is until everybody publishes tension figures.

Aye thanks.

I guess it's pretty much up between that 105 Lo-Riders (hex core) and the 110 D'addario Nickels.

Thoughts?

edit

the more tense the better. Seems the Lo-Riders have a growlier sound?

I have been using rotosound nickel strings for years and the 45 105 set feels tight to me compared to other brands, they sound great and last ages to, maybe you should give them a try.
