Drop C

Got any good recommendations on string gauges for drop C?

I want a nice medium tension across the neck. What I have right now is way too loose(I'm using a regular gauge 4 string set with a regular gauge high c).

The tension I want should be tight enough where I can use a pick and not have a crazy amount of fret buzz but still be able to tap without too much trouble.

my jazz is strung with 45-100 slinky's, and it's my Drop C bass. my right hand usually floats between the bridge and neck PU's, and i dont have much problem at all with finger noise or fret buzz...takes some fine adjustment on the tone control though
