Good options above. Me; I'd use a 5. If not, a pedal tuner/mute will be really handy for this as well as later, even if you do go Hipshot. Hipshot's a good idea too.

I think the best way to fix problems is at their root. Why do you need to go immediately between tunings? Rearranging the setlist can solve the problem. 10 or 20 seconds of frontman chatter should solve the problem. Or rework the intro of the 2nd song so a guitarist holds an E chord while the other guitarist tunes then vice versa, or a drum intro. Just some ideas.

Whatever path, being able to quickly tune is an asset.
