I just got my first P-bass and I'm really digging it. A lot.

What DR strings would be better for a traditional, warm and fat P-bass tone?

I think the Sunbeams will be warmer because of the round core. My friend has them on his Geddy and they're quite nice.

Sunbeams are warmer sounding. Agreed. I have them on my P-bass
