I see Dunlop have their own Strings. Both nickel and SS. Has anyone tried them yet? I see a 5 string set for $29 at MF.

I had a few sets and I never liked them. I say just stick with the ones you know are good and spend the extra couple of bucks.

When they go dead, but them in the denatured alcohol, and you're set.

At Summer NAMM last July, the Dunlop rep gave me a set of nickels to try in my preferred size (45-100). This was a few months before they started to ship. What can I say? They were nice sounding nickel rounds, nothing at all wrong with them, but nothing that would make me switch from using Super Slinkys.
