Try www.juststrings.com. I have found such strings there.

+1 on JustStrings

You will either have to get a 6 string set and ditch the B string, or buy a 4 string set and buy a C string separately.

I know that Rotosound makes flats for 6ers. I use 77's on my 6. They are awesome strings.

I bought a 4-string set of Rotosound "Jazz" strings and an individual Rotosound C string at www.juststrings.com. They are pretty nice. You can also buy all individual strings at your preferred gauges, and that can actually be cheaper than buying a set.
