I like to bend my strings when i play, and i was wondering if there is a set of strings that bend more easily than others. Thanks

If you want low tension strings look into Thomastik-Infeld jazz rounds or flats. TI jazz flats are my favorite strings and will be on my next bass (as I don't have one right now).

I think TI jazz rounds are the lowest tension strings out there. Don't quote me on that though.

Play flats for a while and anything will be easy to bend. I used D'Addario XL160's with excellent results as far as bending.

Status-Graphite tapewounds!

They are by far the most 'bendable' strings I've played. And I've played TI Jazz Flats and TI Jazz Rounds. They're lower tension than most strings, since they take a real low gauge roundwound so that the nylon wrapping comes out to be a standard gauge. And then the nylon just slides over the frets like no other string could. Butter I say. Butter.

TI!! Jazz flats are the loosest flats available. I hear the roundwounds are just as bendable.

I've got the TI Jazz flats on one of my basses right now, and I can only comfortably bend a half step on the higher notes. With the Status-Graphite tapewounds I could do at least 1 to 1 1/2 steps

I don't care about the bending as much, but just vibrato and expressions are a lot easier with the Tapewounds.
