i bought a 5 string set a while back and turns out i got a couple of bad dead strings. wrote in an email and got prompt reply asking for my address so they could send replacement strings.
things got buzy over the holiday season and i sent another mail after the new years. today i got my replacement set in the post! woot woot!
even though it took over a month but i am really satisfied because honestly i didnt expect that they'd care to ship the replacement all the way to this part of the world! the postal and customs service here sucks so theres always a major delay on stuff coming in from abroad :-/
on second throughts, maybe am not pissed because i had a back up set to last me through this wait time but nevertheless cool deal i think
elixir strings folks are very nice!
