Question Elixir Strings: nanoweb x polyweb

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey
Does anybody know the differences between elixir NANOWEB strings and POLYWEB strings?
Which type is better for a electric fretted bass, using the thumb technique.
Thanks

nano has a thin coating, poly has a thick coating.

me i prefer poly cause its smooth and feels great under my fingers.

nano feels more like regular un coated strings.
