I love these strings. now, they are getting old and I need to replace them. I need a set that really resembles them. can you recommend some?

I WISH! I haven't found any string that sounds as good on my Epi Tbird as the originals. Epiphone makes strings, but I don't know if that's what they are. Strings that are really bright seem to do better on my 'Bird. I have tried DR Fatbeams, and they seem OK. Eixirs are OK. Slinky's not so much. Boomers are kind of blah...

Epiphone is (as you know) the cheap line of Gibson, but vastly inferior to Gibson. If you want a really bright sound, I cant recommend D'addario Pro Steel strings enough. They have a really bright crisp sound to them, and a tone like no other.

Forget the rest, join D'addario!
