Wow. Very impressive. I love reading stories like this, but also dislike it, because I just KNOW some colossal dirt-merchant will e-mail them complaining of a similar issue just to try and cash out. It's a core reason why companies don't offer such generosities anymore.

Yeah, and for that sole reason I'm going to be deleting this thread.
