I order 2 sets of Everly B-52s. Never tried them. Any opinion?
Good, Bad. I use to use the GHS Progressives with the Alloy 52.
I'm putting them on my Stingray 5H

I likes the B52s - crisp with long lasting tone. If you dig the sound you ought to for a while.

Well I put a set on my StingRay 5H. Very Bright. Especially for a nickel type string. Even though it says 52% Alloy 52 and 48% Iron.

True test is how they sound in band rehearsal. If they cut through the mix and last longer than 2 weeks, I'm sold. So far, so good. Another Update soon.

Huh, odd- I just put some on my bass a week or two ago. My first experience with 'em. I really like them so far- much more than the DR lowriders they were replacing, atleast. jw, what gauge did you order?
