Everyone's Favorite Game: ID My Strings?

Please?

So after a thread on new rounds and fiddling with my bass, I've decided I really dig these old rounds. Problem being, I have no idea what the heck they are.

What I know:

-Nickel rounds
-Yellow silk wrapping at top
-Are able to string through the body

I'm assuming they're standard gauge. They came on my (used) Fender Jazz. I also saw strings with the same colored wrapping on a new Stingray, but to my knowledge, Ernie Balls come naked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That's what I thought after using the Search button. But I'm guessing as of recently, Fender has changed the silk windings to Black. The lady at my favorite music shop pulled down all the strings they had to check the packaging for silk colors. To top it off, she's going to give me half off strings(half off the original 2 for 1 deal). Now that's service!

I have Fender 7150's on my current bass and they have yellow windings at the top.

Just to be sure that they are 7150's:

do the strings sound relatively warm and middy?

if yes, it's probably them.
