I see these strings for sale on some webshops as "Soft Gauge" and "Regular Light Gauge" on others.

Is there any difference in the strings themselves?

Or is maybe "Soft Gauge" old packaging, and "Regular Light Gauge" new(er) packaging?

D'Addario currently shows them as "Regular Light Gauge" on their own website...

Muchas Gracias!!!

Thanks!!!

I also got a reply back from Brian at D'Addario, who said "Soft Gauge" is old packaging from a few years back... but the strings are the same.

The amazing thing is:

he replied within about 1/2 hour of me sending my query!!!

Now THAT is customer service!

(He also said that he had answered the exact same question for another customer not 10 minutes earlier...)

cheers,

Scott
