Fender 7150M vs. Rotosound RS66LDN

I have a deluxe p bass special, I took the J pickup out and installed an original '62 p pickup in the place of the stock p pickup. I am trying to a get a vintage sound about like Donald "Duck" Dunn had on the original Blues Brothers movie. So which string do you think would better fit that sound? Fender 7150M or Rotosound RS66LDN pure nickel strings?

Well, flatwounds are really the strings I would use to get a Duck Dunn tone. Out of those two roundwounds,I would go with the Fenders.

Thanks guys for the input but I am actually looking for round wounds though, sorry. But of all round wound strings what would you say?

Well, the Labella Deep talking Rounds sound very much like their flats, but with a quicker attack. I bet once worn in a bit they would sound closer than anything (I had an old set on a steinberger and they sounded identical to the flats I replaced them with, albeit without the same percussive thump you get from flats.

Otherwise, the Fender rounds would be much closer than the Rotos, which have a more aggressive and metallic tone, very different IMO.

Everyone here is absolutely right. I tried the Fender pure nickel 7150 strings and they still didn't give me what I was looking for. I was wanting round wounds because all the flatwound strings i've ever tried I hated. But La Bella Deep Talkin' flats are exactly the sound I was looking for, i'm not a flatwound fan at all, but after trying the Deep Talkin' flats I think definately have a whole new respect for flat wounds and the vintage old school sound you can get with them. They completely changed my mind about not using flatwounds. Thanks to everyone here for all your help and making a hardhead skeptic like me open my eyes and see what flatwounds are really all about.
