Now I seen alot of posts on here about all sorts of strings but i've found hardly any about fender strings? Are they just not good at all, or what?

IMHO they are very nice. Currently I'm using the 7350 stainless, and 7250 light nickel plated rounds. I've also used the flats, and original nickel rounds. Except for the heavy set of flats, I've liked them all.

Fender strings aren't bad, but not my favorite. There are better strings out there, IMO. There is nothing wrong with Fender strings. Get a set and try them to see if you like them or not.

I'm liking the pure nickel 7150s, mainly cos they give great tone, and last for a very, very long time......

Well I was actualy wondering because I just purchased a set of 7250s with my amp and I could hardly find anything on fender strings on here, maybe i just didn't look hard enough or something.

i use 7250-5's on my 5'er. only use them because a) they are the same as previous and b) theyre cheapest 5 set i could find (i dont belive in buying expensive strings just for name sake)

I couldn't agree more with the last part of that. IMHO the 7250's are very nice playing, and sounding strings, and I don't think you can go wrong with them.

For fretless IMO Fender Flatwounds are the best. The sound is warm and fat.

I currently have Fender flats on my MIM Fretted Jazz... nice little thump. I have Fender rounds on my MIA FSR 70's Precision which will be replaced with D'Addarios soon. They're not bad strings, just not my favorite.

The Fender strings that came on my Geddy have a great sound, but they are a little stiff.

I'd rather have some DRs.
