Hi, I am new here...so first I'd like to say hello to everyone.
I own warwick streamer LX 4 string bass, and few days ago i needed a low B for some studio work. The sound of entire bass changed into deeper almost like Marcus Miller sound, actualy it sounded like bass on Erykah Badu Live. So, I wonder how would it sound if I put some thicker 0.50-1.10 set and tune it E-A-D-G. Does anyone have expirence with thicker strings...tension, feel...etc.
