Flat wounds for Steinberber Synapse?

Hi all,

I'm looking for some flat wound strings for my Steinberber Synapse 4 string fretted bass. I ordered some from juststrings.com (LaBella's) but the damned E string was actually too short. Now juststrings refers me to LaBella. When I call LaBella, and ask for customer service I get "he's not here today". So, getting any satisfaction on that front looks dubious. Meanwhile, I need to get some strings on this
bass!

So, I have no time for either of them. Does anybody know of a brand of flat wound, double balled strings that will fit this bass?
