Flats or nylons on a Kubicki Fretted?

Anybody try using flats or nylons on a Kubicki Fretted? How'd it sound?

I have Daddy Chrome flats on my SX fretless and love them and was thinking of putting something other than rounds on my other basses, Fender J-Bass Special and Kubicki.
