With my less than vast experience of playing the bass, i'm yet to try a set of flat wounds.

What are they good for? What do they sound like? And are they best picked or fingered?

Well... I like yourself, never tried flats before...... Never.

Recently, I put a set of light chromes on a FR project I completed.

I love the feel of them, I play only with my fingers, never a pick.

Im thinking of putting them on some of my other basses
