Flatwound five better .40 than .045 with tappered B string???

Does anyone know if I could find some brand of string to meet those requirements? What I found is only Sadowsky, but they are very hard to find. THANK YOU for your suggestions...

I am not aware of any other tapered B sets that are flatwound. Can you order the Sadowskys directly from his web page?
