Has anyone used these? How do they compare to Chromes or GHS Precision flats?

I tried a used set purchased in the classifieds once for $5. They were traditional, middle of the road like a poor man's LaBellas. They had less tension then Chromes or GHS and less brightness but they were very broken in and the only time I tried GHs they were new.

Thanks for the reply, any chance you've tried the DR Hi-beam flats?

I think you will find that Chromes and EB Flats are the same strings, right down to the color of the windings.

I have found Chromes and the DR flats to be very similar; a bit on the bright side, but very nice middle of the road flats.

They are similar but I have found Chromes to be a bit brighter and a little higher tension, EB flats also look a little flatter in appearance whereas Chromes look to me almost like pressurewound strings in appearance
