Consider the Sadowsky Flats...perhaps more slapworthy than most flats, although still a very different sound than rounds...but the Sadowskys have a brighter tone and tighter attack than most flats I've played or heard over the years. I've had a set on a P/J 5 for a year now, and they are excellent strings.

+1 I have rounds on my stingrays and flats on my P's and I think flats slap just fine. You just have to adjust your technique a bit
