G string in a new pack of Rotosounds came dead. What do I do?

Title is pretty self-explanatory. Bought a new set of Roto Swing Bass strings and the G string came dead right out of the box (all of the strings aren't as lively as they could be, as I have owned numerous sets of Rotos prior to, all excellent sounding)

My past experience with Sam Ash, the place of purchase's customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. S I'm not sure what I can do about returning these. Is there a way to actually send them back, be it to Sam Ash or to Rotosound themselves and get them exchanged for a new pair?

Contact Rotosound directly via email. I am sure they will try to make it right.

Good Luck!

Had a set of ghs's that came like that, all but the D were dead though. Music store did nothing told me to contact ghs. I did and they told me it was something I did wrong. I wrote them and they wrote me back a "your an idiot " letter . And did nothing, they basically said that dosent happen , too bad. I will not use their product , and I advise others not to as well.

I hope you have a better experience with rotosound than I did with ghs. I used their strings for years without an issue, and they put out a quality product from my experience.
