Picked up a set of those at my luthier's and put 'm on my 4-string fretless (modded Dean, passive SD humbuckers) to replace TI Jazz Flats. I wanted a tone with more richness and better fretless growl.

Gauges are .050-.070-.085-.110, so 'heavy'.
Tension is pretty low though. Good feel.

Nice fat punch, evenness of sound across strings, good fundamentals, certainly not too bright. Splendid growl. They do require some more plucking energy and accuracy in fast play.

Did a gig on them yesterday night and they stood up to just about anything. Very expressive for soloing.

I used them on my Spector rebop 5 string because 145 B string but problem was that once I ve got it with tappered B string and once with normal B string wich didnt go in bridge without a lot of force from my hands and B string than sounded a little floppy.
On the other side these are the best strings for me,long lasting ,smooth for stainles steel and they are not sounding like beer cane thrown on the floor
