Has anyone else been having trouble with these guys? I ordered a couple of sets like two months ago. I recently e-mailed them asking about what the hang-up was and still haven't even received a reply. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing difficulties or not. |

I have not dealt with them at all, based on what I've read here. Your experience seems typical, and so, I will continue dealing with others. I have bought strings from www.juststrings.com, www.elderly.com, and the Dude, and all have been smooth, trouble-free transactions.
If you do a search of this forum, maybe with "tuning peg" as your search term, you'll probably find tons of info, unfortunately, none positive.

You know, even though I sent a nasty email to them...they STILL haven't replied -- they suck. |

| | | Flatwound already mentioned www.JustStrings.com, but I have to point out the great service I've received from them for a couple years now. Not one bad experience and very knowledgable and helpful too. |

Thanks for the suggestion guys, I'm a happy panda now. |

A real upstanding guy - at least he was still standing when I saw him at the guitar show Sunday.
