GHS Pressurewound sustain?

How much do they sustain? Like a round or like a flat?

The lightest gauge set sustains and sounds more like a roundwound, and the heavier sets get a little duller and thumpier.

btw, I installed Chromes on the other bass and they sustain like a round....strange isn't it?
