Gibson Thunder Plus Stainless

Has anyone used these before. Gibson doesn't make them anymore, but a guy I know used to work in the Elgin, IL plant and has a few pairs he sold me. In my opinion they're some of the best stainless...best strings I've ever used. For one they are unbelievably smooth for stainless rounds, they have great flexibility, and the tone is amazing, they sound fresh, and i've had them for a month, and I dont know how long theyve been sittin in their packaging

I agree they were great, and a couple stores in Baltimore used to sell them for really cheap. I was really into these in the early 90's. I remember putting them on my Gibson Ripper back in the day.
