i need some very good strings that can handle drop tunings.
i have tried Ernie Balls 2836 (45-65-80-100-130). regular slinky but they are just to big for my E-A-D-G strings i want something smaller for E-A-D-G but need something heavy for my low B.

You can buy .135 single strings. I don't know about the Slinkys, but I know D'Addario makes a .135.

Ive never bought single strings from GR but id imagine they have them for basic work they do. All the local shops ive been in have them. The only drawback is buying them individually is more expensive.

So this is on a 4 string bass? What tuning are you using? I tune to drop C and the 110 heavy DR Lowbeams have been great.

im tuning to A-E-A-D-G.
thats why my E-A-D-G strings tension s too loose for me but the .130 B string is ok maybe want to go a little bigger than that

If you like the .100 for E see if you can come by a .145 or .150 for A - that will get you close to your E as tension goes.

FWIW I sell drop tuned sets - it's a valid spread though it may seem extreme to some.

If the tension is too loose as you say then getting lighter strings will only make it worse.
