Good experience with Music123 CS

I mistakenly ordered online a set of Fender MIUSA roundwound strings (blue box) when I really wanted flatwound (green box). Asked Music123 for an RMA to return the roundwounds and ordered the flatwounds that I actually wanted. Music123 refunded the payment on the rounds and advised me to just keep 'em. Righteous!!! Music123 Customer Service ROCKS!

Probably would cost more to send them back than is worth for them. But that's cool...sometimes people on here complain about GC/MF/123, but I've never had a complaint about dealing with any of them. Always fair, always refund your money no problem if you don't like something...good company.

I have had good experiences with them as well. Lately it seems like the online retailers are easier to deal with than brick and mortar stores.
