Just wanted to put out a good word for D'Addario.
I bought a set of chromes last month and put them on my bass. Within a week, the outer wrap came loose and was separating from the A string. I got a return authorization number and shipped the strings to D'Addario last Monday. Today I received a new set of chromes from D'Addario. That's FIVE days, including shipping both ways. No problems, no questions asked. I'll definitely support them by buying more strings in the future. In this day and age it's hard to find great customer service like that.
