I know it's mostly up to the bass and rig to get a good growl but what strings, do you think, contribute a lil' somethin' more to it? I need a new set for my 6er and it couldn't hurt to have a tad more 'GRR'. Btw, 'my' definition of growl is this, because i know everyone has their own thoughts on 'proper growl' and whatnot:
