Having trouble with the FAQ sticky

Usually I wouldn't say anything about something like this but I actually need the information in the FAQ sticky.

Anyway, when I try to follow the "How To Install Strings" and the "Differences Between Kinds of Strings" links they don't work for me. It ends up showing "http://66.77.27.26/" as the URL and the page can not be displayed.

Could someone recommend alternate sites/links to get this information?
