Help ID strings please?

So I bought a 1980 Peavey T-40 on the fleabay and Im kind of digging the strings that it came with despite having plans to put others on it.
Ive never seen these before so Im wondering any of you can help.

The strings are flatwound.
They are gloss black.
The wrap at the top is black as well.
They almost have a plastic feel to them.

ANY help is very appreciated.

For what you are saying, definitely they're nylon tapewounds, but I don't remember which brand(s) make them with black silk...

Fender tapes have black silks.
