Help identify - flatwound with blue wrapping

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello everyone,

I am new here and hoping I might get some help identifying the strings that came on a bass I recently bought online. It is a late 80's Kubicki Factor 4 fretless that was consigned to Bass and Beyond (highly recommended, by the way--the shop-http://www.bassandbeyond.com/- and the bass).

They are flats and have light blue wrappings on them. I love the way they sound, play, etc., but have no idea what kind they are.

Anyone here perhaps have an idea?

Thanks!

Don't D'Addario Chromes have a light blue wrapping?

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. That at least narrows it down to a few possibilities I might check. Much appreciated!
