Question Highest tension nickel roundwound 45-105 set?

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Fender Jazz which refuses to wear anything but 45-105 gauge strings. I'm used to playing flats but want rounds on this one, anyone know of any really REALLY high tension nickel rounds in a 45-105 gauge?

good luck figuring that out. I spent 3 days trying to figure out tensions for strings and the only brand that seems to publish their tensions is D'addario.

edit
if you bump it up .05 for all your strings you're tension will be about 25% more.

edit

supposedly dr lo-riders are higher tension than normally.

Purely my anecdotal observations, but DR Lo Riders feel, to me, like the highest tension rounds out there.

just make sure you dont accidentally grab the wrong DR Lo-riders (they come in both stainless steel and nickel)
