how do i change the strings on this (low end electro acoustic))

it's a relatively cheap electro acoustic, Ibanez ABE8 i think, there's a peizo pick up under that bridge somewhere.

that and when i play about 55Hz (open A, or 5th fret E) too hard something resonates wrong round there, something seems to need tightening.

not ueber impressed with it vaguely considering taking it back on their 10 day change of mind guarantee (i'm up to 6 days).

You should go to the music store and pick up a peg puller/string winder. Won't cost you more than $2, probably less. It's basically a wedge designed to not damage anything.

saw some of them... but how does it work, where do i push or pull

those bits are only plastic they look a bit fragile

See the little notch on the end of the tool? Just loosen the string until it is slack, then slide the slot under the bridge pin and leverage it out. Easy.
