I got a set of ernie ball power slinky strings (Gauge: 110, 90. 75, 55) this saturday.... after playing for a while.... they are ALOT less floppy in drop c then my Blue Steele strings (Gauge: 100, 80, 65, 45)... but... i cant stand the bright tone they have.... id like a much deeper and warm tone.... but with no floping...... is it ok to mix two sets of strings? like put the ernie ball E and everything else the blue steele?

The floppiness is likely from the huge difference in gauges of strings. I'd suggest that you give the Ernie Balls a chance to settle in. The brightness of all strings eventually goes away.

If you can't wait, rub the strings down with baby wipes, nothing but bass after that.
