I hate multi-colored ball ends

I get that they're functional in that they help you differentiate gauges at a glance but they look like a fruity little rainbow on my bridge. Depending on your bridge situation, they can be really noticable.

I don't want a rainbow on my bass. I'm a MAN!! *flexes*

You play bass. I promise you nobody is looking at you closely enough to notice.

Be careful. Homophobia is not widely accepted these days.

If they really bother you, go to a dollar store and get a little plastic bottle of acrylic crafter's paint, in black. Dip the ends in the bottle and wait half an hour before you put the strings on.

Who gives a s**t? Not me! If they're good strings, they're good strings!

The opening poster says he gives a s**t. :o> He says he's a man. If you use rainbow strings, he'll think you're some other gender. :oD

(I'm totally just stirring up trouble with this post. Please forgive me!)
