I hate to start a new tension and TI Jazz FLats thread...

I have TI jazz flats on a 30" scale bass and find them ever so slightly too loose. Does anyone have expirience with them on both a 30 incher and a 34 incher. I want to put them on my regular scale bass but only if they are slightly tighter.

i have a some jazz flats on a 35" Lakland & they're " slightly tighter " ( ) than my 34" fender

so do the math

Sounds good, I was hoping for this answer. I'll definately put the TI's on the 34".

Same strings + longer scale = higher tension
