As corny as it sounds, I love new strings on my bass.
Just picked up a set of Fatbeams for the first time. Love them! Haven't put my bass down yet (until now). Before the Fatbeams I had generic music store strings, and also D'addario XL Nickels. Don't get me wrong, the XL's are great strings too. I just haven't had a set of SS strings on my bass for a long time... what a difference! More comfortable than what I remembered SS to be. |
