Question I want new strings..

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Westfield Jazz bass and i'm looking for Some new Strings, its a 4 String bass so theres no drawback there.

I want Quite high tension strings as i quite often have my bass tuned down half a step and dont want the strings to flap.

The strings have to be very bright as i cant stand flat sounding strings.

preferably Rotosound strings but i'm willing to try any other major brand.

oh i also quite often use a pick. (gotta love them jim dunlop tortex)

Please Help!!

Thanks.

Try some heavy guage(.050-.110) DR Hibeams,or LowRiders. I tune down 1/2 step, and they work perfect. The LoRiders are closer to the Rotosounds as far as construction.
