Im having a hard time finding Flatrounds for fretless 5 stringer

Hey everyone. I am looking for strings for a 5 stringed fretless bass I might purchase from another TB member and im comming up empty. Do you guys have any suggestions about where I should find them?(yes, I tried google) Could this "use flats only, anything else will damage your fretboard!" advice just be a myth?

How about D'Addario Chromes? I use them on my fretless Spector Q5, they sound great.

Well, you can use rounds on your fretless if you want to. While it certainly isn't healthy for the fretboard, if you're careful with your technique it doesn't hurt it too much either. I use them sometimes. Just do what you want to get your sound.
