so, i did it, reading through the threads, debating with myself, nights with no sleep ( , kidding ) and i did it!!!

i just ordered a set of CHROMES FLATS for my Bongo.
i have NEVER played flats but i must say i always had some hardcore curiosity on flats.

i just hated my Hi Beams, TO much highs!! i already have a 4 bands eq, why would i need extra highs?

so, i ordered a 50-105 set of D'Addario Chromes.i have fodera SS rounds on my Squier, and had EB rounds on my Peavey.
let's see how this turnes out

Nice, there is no better way of learning and experimenting, than actually doing it!!! I'm about to get a set of roundwound rotosound strings.

Good deal. I think it will be an experiment of great expectations. Enjoy!

Congrats and welcome to the flat side.

Be sure you give yourself time to get used to them and for them to settle in a bit before making any final judgments.
