For anyone who's bought strings from here, what was your experience? I am planning on buying the jamerson set here. How long does it usually take for them to arrive and whats the customer service like?

customer service is very good and they ship out the next day.

I got the impression that they're a mom n pop shop that went online.

Very good I got Chromes for a good price, got them quickly-just a few days, and they included a microfiber cleaning cloth and a bunch of picks for free.

I just bought from them. I'm in Canada, ordered on a Thursday, they were sent out on Friday, I received them 12 days later. Yesterday, in fact.

I've bought almost all my strings from them for the past 3 or 4 years (wish I'd known about them sooner). I give them high marks. I've probably bought at least 20 sets from them (I've got several basses and I've been trying out various strings lately), but no cleaning cloth for me either!

Seriously, though. They seem to be the best around for pricing and they ship fast. Of course, they're in NH and I'm in MA. I've also gotten some additional advice from their customer service dept. There's a good deal of info on their website, but not all strings have the same level of detail, so I've had to cal them a couple of times.

I've been using them for a few years. They seem to make a lot of mistakes picking orders correctly, but the customer service is pretty good at taking care of it. Their pricing is all over the place, on some makes they seem to have good prices but a lot of things are cheaper elsewhere. They charge UPS prices for shipping Priority Mail.

I've been using Just Strings since the late 90's.

I've never had any issues at all. I typically pick up my strings since they're only about a 20 min ride from my work.

They used to be located about 5mins away, but they moved from Nashua (where I work), to Milford (20min ride)

But, I can still order first thing in the morning and pick up the strings at lunch.

I highly recommend them. They have strings in stock that no one else has.
I had one order where one pack of strings were miss marked, I ordered three sets and a set of Piccolo strings got mixed in. I called and they credited my CC back the money for one set and told me just to keep them. Good people.

i ordered a set of strings for my dano longhorn sunday night, they shipped monday and i had them today. great company and i use them often.

elderly instruments has the jamersons for 29 bucks shipping isnt cheap but 29bucks is the cheapest ive seen .

I have used them for a few years now, and have had only excellent service with them. They are quick to follow up on emails and seem to be willing to go the extra mile. Their prices are competitive.
