Smile Killer deal on D'addario's at MF: 22.99 for two sets of strings+free strobe tuner.

I dunno if this is a promotion or such, but if you need to stock up on strings and get some free tuners at the same time, you should really check this out!

22.99 for two sets of $16 strings and a $15 tuner. Not a bad deal!

Mine just came in today, and it turns out it comes with the bass tuner instead of the silver guitar tuner which is pictured. I like the little thing, and it's not ideal for every situation, but it's not bad, and at the price you're paying, you could stock up on strings and get a bunch of little tuners, too.

This is actually my first set of D'addario bass strings, and I'm very pleased with them. Pretty cheap, and I like their sound out of the box: much warmer than the steels I've been using for a while, but with a healthy amount of growl. I love the sound of a P-bass with rounds. I may even use the second set to A/B the different sounds of my Jazz and my P. Anyway, GC/MF doesn't have enough money, so go throw some of your hard-earned or begged money at them!

It's sort of a semi-regular deal they offer, aside from the tuner. I use D'addarios myself. Great string and the price is right.

Yeah, they usually do two-packs for a discount, but with the tuner it seemed worth mention. It all comes in one box, too! One box, people!

And to think I just paid $19.25 for ONE set after tax locally.

Sheesh.

Sheesh.
How dare you support local businesses! Don't you ever think about those poor corporations?
