I went with 760 FM and they are great. Be aware that if you have through body stringing only that the larger guage strings may break due to the extreme break angle. My E broke as I was bringing it up to tension. Luckily Richard at E & O Mari was nice enough to make me a tapered replacement free of charge. Most 2003 and later MIA fenders have the deluxe bridge assembly that allows both stringing options. If you have the option use top load only with these strings.

I like the 760FL set, which has gauges from .043 to .104.

Length is long scale. They will fit thrugh body as well. Thickness is purely a matter of taste.

The only 760s I have used are the Ns, which are nylon tapewound. Beautiful strings. And sound great on a P bass.
