Labella 760FM tension question

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm currently using Roto flats(45-105) on my Fender p and although I like them a lot I'm thinkin I would like somethin not so bright and "woody". I have had Labella 760FL's on before but I like a bit more tension. How would the 760FM(49-109) set compare in terms of tension to the Roto(45-105) set. Judging by the FL set (43-104) witch is pretty close in terms of gauge to the Roto(45-105) I'm thinking the FM set should be about the same tension as the Rotos I'm using. Is this the case or are they higher tension.
Thanx
Mario.

It's been awhile since I used both....IIRC, the 760FM's were similar in tension to the Rotos. Both well made strings, but I prefered the sound of the LaBellas.
