LaBella deep talkin' strings in the UK?

Anyone know of any UK companies selling these strings?

The only place I can find is www.stringbusters.com but they don't have hardly any of the flatwounds in stock at the moment.

Thanks,
Cieran

Try calling the bass gallery in camden, they tend to stock Labellas.
www.thebassgallery.com

It's also worth looking at www.thomann.de - granted, they're in Germany, but their site is available in English, prices can be displayed in pounds, they're UK VAT registered, so really there's very little difference ordering from them vs. any UK based mail order firm.
I don't find their site very easy to browse, though, best to just search for Labella.

Cheers,
Nick

If I needed a set I would buy from the US on Ebay (plenty there last time I checked). I have bought a few sets of strings from the US. And as long as you dont mind waiting 10 days or so, it can work out just as good, if not better than UK dealers.

The shipping prices can be off putting, BUT strings are cheaper there anyway, often by quite a lot, so it often works out cheaper to buy from the US!

Cheers guys,

will check out www.thebassgallery.com as I live in London and can always go in person - handy place to know. Ebay is a good second option although the additional costs of odering from the US and waiting times can be offputing.

Thanks

If you do have to order from the U.S. then Elderly Instruments is one option to consider:

LABELLA 760FM ELECTRIC BASS SET

$29.00 ea.
