Labella strings deal on Samash Just in case no one frequents the classified heres a link for 3 sets of Labella strings for 30$: http://www.samash.com/p/Labella_3%20...uges_-49971412 |
I bought some of these about six months ago. The steels sound really nice on my Euro 4LX. I strung up a buddy's P with the nickels, since he's a guitar player and the sticky eight-year-old set that came on the bass needed to go. Haven't tried the Deep Talkin' rounds yet, but I'll put them on my passive P/J when the old strings die. Pretty darn good deal! |
Yeah, even disregarding the name brand, 30$ for 3 sets is really awesome |
Wow that is too cool thanks woof for the heads up these are my favorite strings. |
Thanks! $10 a set is an amazing deal for great strings. |
Hey, Thanks! Can always use more strings & that price is as good as the DR table at shows. |
Just got the 3 pack. Don't know what to put on what. |
Have to do this, the original price is $165... my Precision is already yearning for these flatwounds. |
It looks like they're all roundwound. |
Deep Talkin' Bass is a flat set. EDIT - Ah shoot you're right... oh well, they will still sound killer. |
What's the tension like on these strings? |
I thought they were flats too, but regardless its kinda silly not to buy them. If they stay in my basses case for the next 20 years its still a great deal. I wonder about tension too. I've only ever played labella flats and tapes. |
I wonder what the difference between the stainless and the deep talkin stainless is, aside from gauge. |
Just got confirmation that my order is on the way so I'll report back soon! |
OK I'm game- that's too good of a deal to pass up. I'm set for strings for about a year now. |
